ONBOARDING FORM

You’ll receive a short, easy-to-fill form where you share your business details, audience, goals, and preferred content style. This helps us build a strategy that actually fits your brand.

Step 1

KICKOFF CALL

We’ll hop on a 30-minute call to align on your brand voice, visual preferences, upcoming promotions, and any do’s/don’ts. This sets the tone for everything we’ll create.

Step 2

ASSET COLLECTION

You’ll send us photos, videos, brand colors, logos, product info — whatever you have. Don’t worry if it’s not perfect; we’ll guide you on what works best.

Step 3

CONTENT PLANNING

We’ll create a monthly content calendar with post ideas, themes, and dates — so you always know what’s coming and why it matters.

Step 4

CONTENT CREATION & APPROVAL

We write your captions, design your posts, and prep your Reels (where applicable). You’ll review and approve before anything goes live.

Step 5

POSTING & MONITORING

Once approved, we schedule and post your content. For Premium clients, we also lightly monitor comments and DMs to keep your page active and responsive.
